      • wow!! I’m 40 years old and I am looking for my father’s side of the family ever since I can remember. This is very exciting and emotional I hope to one day visit his grave site along with maybe meeting some of my long lost family members.

      • It is very exciting, isn’t it? We were able to find the gravesite of our ancestor, Haywood Sutton, at Haywood Baptist a few years ago. We’re going back soon to help document the cemetery, as the church elders told us they don’t have a master list of burials. The cemetery has two sections, on opposite sides of the street. Your ancestor may be in the new section.

I don’t know if you have access to Ancestry.com, but I can send you a copy of your ancestor’s death certificate if you don’t have it.
